FPT commence a 10,000- person capacity campus in Da Nang
On August 13rd, FPT held an official groundbreaking ceremony of FPT Complex in FPT Da Nang technology and urban zone located at Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District. This special event marks 10 years since FPT Da Nang’s establishment.

Being a long-term strategic project to meet FPT’s need for growth in the central region, the 10,000- person capacity campus was commenced right when FPT Da Nang celebrated the 10th anniversary of establishment (August 13, 2004 - August 13, 2014).
Covering an area of 5.9 hectares, FPT Complex is known as a top-end office complex. This work will accommodate FPT employees in the future as well as contribute to promoting the development of the software industry and training high-quality human resources in the central region.
FPT’s 6-storey complex forms a 2-layer ring with a core modeling a bronze drum more than 25 meters in diameter. Here, there is a system of pools, grass hills, parks, soccer field, basketball court and many other utilities.
In particular, FPT Complex is one of the first green energy-efficient works selected by the Ministry of Construction. The building, made from environmentally friendly materials, is optimally designed to take advantage of natural energy.
The first phase will be completed by the end of 2015 to accommodate 3,200 employees.
"This is the largest building of FPT. The campus along with the green urban zone in Da Nang will attract software engineers not only in central region but also in Hanoi, HCMC and other countries," said FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh.
From a representative office with 100 employees, FPT now has 7 member units with more than 3,000 staffs, making significant contributions to employment stability of the city. Every year, FPT Da Nang creates hundreds of new jobs for residents.
