FPT completed issue of dividend-paying stock

FPT's shareholders received remaining cash dividend on May 22.
According to the report of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, after more than 68 million stocks were issued, the date to exchange issued stocks was expected to be June 18.
68,774,845 shares were distributed to 14, 265 shareholders. The number of issued stocks is less than 68,779,844 expecting shares.
Total number of FPT shares after the record date (May 9, 2014) is 343,894,224 shares, the number of treasury shares is 82, 376 shares.
Previously, HCM City Stock Exchange also announced FPT would pay remaining dividend for 2013 with the ratio of 15% on May 22.
