FPT continues to be listed among Vietnam’s 100 best places to work
Along with Vinamilk, Viettel, Vietcombank etc, FPT Corp continues to be one of few Vietnamese enterprises to be listed among 100 best places to work in a joint survey conducted by Anphabe and Nielsen. FPT took the top spot in the retail and wholesale sector.

The survey was conducted from October 2014 to January 2015 with the participation of over 15,000 respondents from 24 sectors nationwide. It is based on 46 elements of 6 groups of key criteria including salary, bonus and benefit; development opportunity; leadership; culture and value; quality of work and life; reputation.
Unilever topped the list, followed by Vinamilk, Microsoft, Abbott, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, HSBC, IBM, Coca Cola, and Pepsi. FPT came in 28th among the list.

Twenty domestic businesses made the top 100, increased by 6 ones compared the number in 2013.
In addition, the survey provided a ranking for companies with the best working environments by sector. FPT Corp took the top spot in the retail and wholesale sector while Vingroup was the head of the real estate, architecture and design sectors.
Microsoft topped the software technology and outsourcing fields while Samsung was the vanguard of the electronics, technology and auxiliary equipment and Nike was the leader in the garment and shoes sectors.
FPT is one of few Vietnamese companies to be honored. In 2014, FPT Software ranked No. 2 unit in the IT – Software category, following Microsoft and No. 21 among Top 100.
Last year, FPT Corporation won in two categories: the best workplace environment and training and human capital management at Vietnam HR Awards 2014 held for the first time.
