FPT Corporation has won many 2009 Sao Khue awards
On April 17, 2009, the 2009 Sao Khue Final Selection Council ,with 25 members consisting of representatives of many relating ministries, industries, newspapers, agencies and specialists, which was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Minh Hong – Deputy Minister of Information and Communication, started the public selection conference.

As a result, 51 best nominees (among 93 initial nominees) were unanimously chosen by the Council to receive the 2009 Sao Khue Award. The first group consisted of 9 awards for typical organizations and individuals who had greatly contributed to the development of Vietnamese software industry. The second group consisted of 42 awards for typical software enterprises, products and services.
FPT Information System had won the 2009 Sao Khue Award for two participating products, which were:
- The general hospital management software system - FPT.eHospital, which belonged to the group of medical products and solutions;
- The electronic government information system - FPT-e.Gov, which belonged to the group of products and solutions for administration, government and organizations.
The two above products also won the title “Preeminent Software” and got a 4-star ranking.
The Visky technology group of FPT Corporation had honourably received the 2009 Sao Khue Award for two products, which were:
- Vitalk of the group of value added products and services on mobile/internet;
- The learning website www.violympic.vn of the group of postal service and telecommunications products and solutions;
Especially, the National Selection Council also decided to award the title “Preeminent Software” and a 5-star ranking for the Vitalk product.
Vitalk was one of the two software products which got the 5-star ranking (The other product was the information portal Zing.vn (Vinagame) of the information portal group).
FPT honourably received the 2009 Sao Khue Award for IT training services for the international programmer training programme ACCP and the multimedia fine art training programme AMSP. The product also got the title “Preeminent Software” and a 4-star ranking.
The awarding ceremony will be solemnly held at Hanoi Opera House and live broadcasted on VTV3 from 10.00 to 11.00 on April 24, 2009.
