FPT deploy 2014 Talent Internship Program

Seniors from Universities of Economics, Technology, and Foreign Languages in Hanoi and HCMC, who gain good score and use English well , can participate in the program. Knowing other foreign languages ​​ will become an advantage during recruitment. Within 6 months, students will go through three phases including recruitment, internship, selection and resource allocation.

Students visit FPT’s work environment.

The positions include Assistant to General Director Board, Education/Technology R&D Assistant, Global Businesspeople, Assistant to Retail Manager and Office Assistant.

In addition to being directly involved in jobs and having opportunities to work with FPT’s leaders, candidates will be professionally trained under the Corp’s standard process, participate directly in major projects, soft skills courses as well as cultural activities and have opportunities to become full-time employees of the Corp.

As planned, contestants will take IQ, GMAT and English exams in three days from 16 to 18 December.

The Talented Internship Program (formerly known as Young Leader Program) has been deployed by FPT’s Human Resources Committee since 2006 in order to rejuvenate human resources for the company. In 2011, the program was renamed talent internship.
