FPT deploy leadership assessment
On October 6, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh signed a decision on leadership assessment under 13 criteria.

It aims at assessing FPT leaders in order to have good choices for “FPT's senior leadership rotation” program.
Participants include leaders at all levels to be selected by Chairmen and CEOs of member companies.
FPT IS will be the first unit to deploy leadership assessment during this week.

The leadership assessment is a link of “FPT's senior leadership rotation” program signed by FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh in March this year. The project is to help FPT leaders take different positions in FPT and its member companies to gain various experiences.
Earlier, FPT also implemented a manager assessment according to the principle of 360 degrees, with the involvement of managers themselves, managers at higher-level, same-level and lower-level. This activity is periodically implemented to determine strengths and weaknesses in leadership and management in general and of each leader and manager in particular
13 criteria to assess FPT leaders:
1. Having desire – passion for success.
2. Being experienced in leading a company/unit successfully.
3. Undertaking business activities of FPT.
4. Creating strategic business direction successfully.
5. Having strategic vision and thinking.
6. Building and maintaining trust senior relationship.
7. Establishing/Adhering to management system effectively while having deep understanding of international management model.
8. Gathering and nurturing talents.
9. Knowing how to direct the conversation in a natural way.
10. Having professional capacity.
11. Having capacity for globalization.
12 Being exemplary in developing FPT spirit and culture
13. Having good reputation in company and community.
