FPT Distribution has set up 4 more subsidiary companies

These 4 companies are: FPT Telecommunication Technology Distribution Limited Company; FPT Information Technology Distribution Limited Company; FPT Central Distribution Limited Company; and FPT Mekong Distribution Limited Company.

The above companies will independently keep business accounts and are allowed to open their bank accounts as well as have their own seals and tax codes. As scheduled, the 4 new companies will come into operation on May 1.

Previously, on March 11, the Board of Members of FPT Distribution also signed the decision to form the boards of members of these 4 companies.

During this time, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien - Chairman of Board of Members of FPT Distribution – also signed the decision to establish Branch of FPT Telecommunication Technology Distribution Limited Company and Branch of FPT Information Technology Distribution Limited Company in Ho Chi Minh City.
