FPT Distribution to introduce Apple’s latest products
On 1st February 2005, FPT Distribution was assigned by Apple Corporation to introduce their latest products in Vietnam including: the Mac mini desktop computer, iPod shuffle, and Application software iWork ’05, iLife ’05 and Final Cut Express HD. These are the latest products from Apple, launched at the MacWorld exhibition, San Francisco in January 2005.

Mr. Tony Li, Apple’s South East Asia representative explained that: “The Mac mini, iPod Shuffle, iWork ’05, iLife ’05 and Final Cut Express HD were introduced around the world on 29th January 2005 through Apple’s authorized representatives. We trust that through FPT Distribution – Apple’s official distributor in Vietnam – Vietnamese consumers’ demands for these products can be satisfied”.
Mac Mini is an incredibly strong but light, compact desktop computer desktop, available at a reasonable price. In addition, the Mac mini uses Apple’s latest operating system - Mac OS X Panther and the latest version of iLife.
iPod shuffle represents a milestone for Apple as the digital player is designed to appeal to medium income consumers. With its smaller chewing gum size, distinctive color and surface induction controls, iPod shuffle will help Apple affirm its leading position in the MP3 player market.
iLife ’05, iWork ’05 and Final Cut Express HD are the latest application software from Apple, with a range of new functions and advantages. They have helped Apple to gain the “Digital application technology in life” award.
