FPT enhances LiOA’s management capacity with ERP

ERP would support LiOA in managing and controlling progress, production plan, inventory and finance as well as enhancing coordination between the departments.

The launching ceremony of the project took place on 30 November in Hung Yen.

Accordingly, FPT IS will implement SAP ERP for the three factories of LiOA in Hanoi, Hung Yen and Bac Ninh. The basic modules include Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Material Management, sales and distribution and Reporting on SAP S4HANA.

The system helps LiOA with the common management model and assists business leaders in grasping the current situation, then making more precise decisions and standardizing processes and reporting systems.

According to LiOA, the company will continue to invest in ERP system for its big modern factory in Dong Nai, then its offices and branches abroad.
