According to data from FPT Human Resources Committee (FHR), 19.952 FPT employees are those signed official and unofficial labor contracts, not to mention collaborators and apprentices.

By gender, FPT has 12,532 male employees, equivalent to 62.8%. 7,420 female employees occupy 37.2%. In past years, the percentage of male staff at FPT will always prevail. In 2012, the number of male employees was 1.76 times higher than women. In 2011, this ratio was 1.67 times.
By Member Company, FPT Software tops with 6,149 people while FPT Telecom comes in second with 4,531 people. FPT Retail ranks third with 3,440 people. FPT IS possesses 2,655 employees, FPT Trading, FPT Education and FPT Online has 1,269, 962 and 588 ones in turn. The rest belong to FPT HO, real estate block, and some representative offices in foreign countries.
In comparison with l7.439 employees on December 31, 2013, the number of FPT employees increased by 14.4% after 8 months.
