FPT hold AGM of shareholders in early April

FPT’S BOD just released a resolution to announce time and venue of the 2014 AGM of FPT. Accordingly, the record date for attendants is February 26.

Many important issues will be presented and approved in FPT’s AGM.

The resolution also recommended share issuance and approval of the issuance for employees with notable achievements in 2014. The rate under this program shall not exceed 0.5 % of charter capital at the releasing time. This will be caried out before June 30.

Last year, FPT’s AGM was held in mid-April at the same venue. In the past year, FPT also elected more t wo members of BOD well-known in the technology world, bringing the number of members to 7 people. According to FPT CEO Bui Quang Ngoc, these appointments aimed to help the Corp gain experience in global expansion.

In 2014, FPT gained 35,114 billion in revenue, up 23% compared to 2013, reaching 110% of the plan.
