FPT Information System Company establishes 7 subsidiaries

The 7 subsidiaries are: FPT Information System Financing Service Limited Company (FPT-IS-BANK Co., Ltd); FPT FSE Information System Company Limited (FPT-IS-FSE Co., Ltd); FPT Information System Telecommunication and Public Service Limited Company (FPT-IS-TES Co., Ltd); FPT Information System Service Limited Company (FPT-IS-SRV Co., Ltd); FPT ERP Service Limited Company (FPT-IS-ERP Co., Ltd); FPT Public Finance Solutions Limited Company (FPT-IS-PFS Co., Ltd); FPT Software Development Limited Company (FPT-IS-SOFT Co., Ltd).

The centers include: Information System Infrastructure Center and Global Commerce Development Center. Ensuring the operation of these 7 subsidiaries and 2 centers will be 8 functioning committees in different areas: Finance, Human resource, Business Planning, Quality, Administration, Communications, Information and Company Events.

These subsidiaries will have independent auditing, independent bank accounts with independent seals.

Mr. Bùi Quang Ngọc, Vice Chairman of the Management Board of the Corporation for Financing and Promoting Technology FPT will be chairman of FPT-IS Member Council. Mr. Đỗ Cao Bảo, General Director of FPT-IS will be the chairman of the 7 subsidiaries.
