FPT Information System Corporation to be a public company

Accordingly, by eligimate registration profile FPT IS has put its name in the list of qualified public companies registered at the State Securities Committee .

Being a public company, FPT IS shall be obliged to provide comprehensive and timely information disclosure as stated in Article 101 of Securities Law and Circular No. 09/2010/TT-BTC dated 15 January 2010 by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure in stock market .

In addition, the company should obey principles of corporate governance imposed by the Enterprise Law on unlisted public companies, register stock categories and information of shareholders at the depository center, and deposit the stock centrally at the Depository Center before conducting any transaction under the instruction by the State Securities Committee .

Any disclosure provided by FPT IS on public company prescribed by the above-mention regulation should be reported in written form to the State Securities Committee.
