Cisco gathered opinions from customers with whom FPT Information System is carrying out projects on Cisco’s devices and technology. Sales and technology support form the assessment criteria, based on levels applied worldwide.
Cisco has also sent the survey result to FPT Information System’s customers. Gaining the highest level of pleased customers also helps to heighten FPT Information System’s reputation. FPT Information System will also receive the best support possible from Cisco in terms of technology and price.
