Establishment of FPT Software Development Limited Company (FPT-IS-SOFT)
Directly under and wholly owned by FPT Information System (FPT-IS), FPT-IS-SOFT will operate in the following areas:
- Wholesale of computer, peripheral equipment and software;
- Wholesale of electronics and telecommunication devices and spare parts;
- Retail of computer, peripheral equipment and software in exclusive stores;
- Retail of communication equipment in exclusive stores;
- Computer and peripheral equipment manufacturing;
- Telecommunication equipment manufacturing;
- Computer programming;
- Computer and network administration consultation;
- IT and computer-related services;
- Data processing leasing and other related activities;
- Information portals;
- Experimental and natural sciences research and development;
- Call-related services;
- Maintenance of computer and peripheral equipment;
- Maintenance of communication devices;
FPT Software Development JSC’s Headquarter is located at 32A Truong Dinh Str., Ward 7, Dist. 3, Hochiminh City.
Establishment of FPT-FSE Information System Limited Company
Under FPT Information System (FPT-IS), FPT-IS-FSE Co., Ltd will operate in the following areas:
- Information system research, consultation, manufacture, integration, training, transfer of information networks and integration for other applications;
- Sales and purchase, lease, installation of computer and telecommunication equipment and services, IT and telecommunications system;
- Applied software products and services manufacturing, development, provision and deployment;
- Local IT outsourcing consultation and provision (except for labor mediation, export and recruitment activities supporting labor export enterprises), data centre, call center (except for Government-banned information) and business process outsourcing (BPO);
- Disaster recovery center research, consultation, manufacturing, integration, training, leasing, business continuity planning;
- IT research, design, production, transfer;
- IT equipment manufacturing and assembly;
- Electronic trade system and services research, consultation, design, manufacturing, integration, training, installation and leasing;
