FPT introduces a super-speed video-watching software.
Ha Noi, April 13, 2009. the Visky technology group sponsored by FPT Corporation has just officially introduced ViHD software, which allows users to watch high quality movies basing on peer-to-peer technique.

Peer-to-peer technique is not a new technology. This software has been successfully used by Skype to transmit voice and web-cam images. However, very few companies in the world have so far succeeded in applying this technology in high quality video transmission.
In the talk with the press at the ceremony introducing the product http://www.vihd.vn/ViHD/, Mr. Hoang Nam Hai, the leader of the ViHD development team, said: “We are proud of having successfully built and developed this product. With ViHD, for the first time in Vietnam, the community will be able to access and use a totally new video watching technology at international level.”
“The technology of ViHD allows users to watch HD (high definition) movies without having to spend days or hours downloading them like before,” said Mr. Bui Ngoc Khanh, representative of HD Vietnamese Fan Club.
