FPT IS designs Terms of Reference (TOR) for each staff

A project to design the TOR for each employee (also called FPT IS Job project) has been launched on August 26 by FPT IS CEO Duong Dung Trieu.

The TOR aims to concretize a company’s desired performance into achievable objectives for each individual, acting as an interactive and directive tool to harmonize company’s wishes and employee’s ability. It is also a useful indicator for recruitment, training, assessment and career development of human resources within an organization.

This TOR shall be used regularly by employee, his supervisor, recruiter and training staff...

FPT IS is concentrating on building the TOR for salesman and technician from August 20 to November 30, 2011.

The first phase of the project will be piloted in FPT IS IT Infrastructure and FPT IS in the South (FPT IS South).TOR for other positions will be implemented as soon as the first phase end ssuccessfully.
