FPT IS implement SAP ERP for FECON

In the morning of July 17, the opening ceremony of SAP ERP project between FPT IS and FECON took place at Crowne Plaza West with the participation of nearly 100 guests.

Speaking at the ceremony, FECON CSO Dang Tuyet Thuong said that after 7 months of ERP study, FECON found out the outstanding advantages of SAP ERP and FPT IS’s deployment capability, so FECON leaders made a decision to develop ERP system.

Deputy General Director of FPT ERP Bui Anh Tuan committed to project progress and quality requirements.

As planned, the project is divided into 3 phases, lasted for 18 months from July 2014 to December 2015.

The successful SAP ERP implementation will help FECON improve its management, coordination and reporting throughout the system; support its management board in making decision in a timely manner; connect resources for greater productivity; enhance profession, systematics, knowledge, skill of staff; standardize business processes and build a system of tightly-integrated processes for more efficient management.
