As a gold sponsor, FPT Information System Company joined hands in the workshop on information security that was co-organised by TÜV Rheinland Vietnam and ECCI (the Philippines). The workshop took place from 20th to 30th November 2007 at Sofitel Plaza Hotel, HoChiMinh City.

TÜV Rheinland has been played in Vietnam since 2001, becoming the first international corporation in the quality management system service.
The workshop was participated by Professor Ted Humphreys – the top expert in term of information security management in the world with 30 year experience in the information security and risk management. Mr. Ted Humphreys has been seen as father of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
The workshop gave floor for participants get more understanding of how to maximize information security and protection such as evaluations, risk prevention, fact finding, operation procedures, ISMS certificates and standards like ISO 27001 .
