FPT IS participates in Vietnam IT Day 2014 in Japan
From February 19 – 21, FPT IS participated in Vietnam IT Day in Japan. This year’s event attracted the attendance of approximately 200 representatives from both Vietnamese and Japanese companies.

The seminar, themed “IT cooperation between Japan and Vietnam”, had the participation of prestigious brand names. In addition to the traditional topics of offshore outsourcing, a representative from NTT Data, a leading IT group in Japan, gave a presentation on cooperative possibilities in ODA projects between Vietnam and Japan. The NTT Data delegator chose the VNACCS project, in which NTT Data is in cooperation with FPT IS, as a case study for his presentation. The presentation emphasized the importance of choosing and setting up partnerships, a stage which plays an essential role in the success of the project.
Vietnam IT Day is an annual event organized by Vietnam Software Association (VIANSA). In 2013, the event took place in Tokyo, attracting a number of famous Japanese brands such as Canon, Panasonic, Toshiba and Sumitomo.
