FPT IS sign USD 2.5 million contract with Lao Telecom

Following the contract worth more than USD 1 million signed on April 26 for Network Operation Center, Lao Telecommunications Company continues to choose FPT IS as the partner in the implementation project of charging, customer management and multi-service sales systems.
The software contract of this project is worth more than USD 2.5 million (equivalent to about VND 50 billion).
Within 12 months, FPT IS will conduct surveys, professional analysis and data conversion as well as implement and transfer charging, customer management and multi-service sales systems to Lao Telecom.
Since 1999, FPT has operated in Laos and deployed many large-scale projects in the field of telecommunications, banking and finance. The contracts with Lao Telecom will create a favorable condition for FPT’s continued participation in Laos’ ICT market, especially projects of the government, ministries and branches.
