FPT IS Singapore escorted the President of Vietnam

In the meeting with Vietnamese-overseas and enterprises at the Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore, representative Tran Tuan Phong of FPT IS Singapore contributed a number of initiatives to the President and the delegation regarding how to support Vietnamese enterprises to invest in foreign countries in general and Singapore in particular. Phong mentioned the mechanism to promote two-way trade between the two countries through bilateral commercial activities, especially Vietnamese enterprises’ investment to foreign countries; facilitate administrative procedures including investment license and cash flow requirement for enterprises doing business abroad. He also called for support from Singaporean government in issuing visa for Vietnamese white- collar- workers to this country.

The President listened attentively and promised to pay more attention to these matters.

This is the first visit of President Truong Tan Sang to a foreign country after his inauguration to presidential office. His visit to Singapore and Malaysia confirms the coherent policy of the state of Vietnam in promoting comprehensive friendly relationship with these two countries in bilateral cooperation as well as in regional and international forums.
