FPT IS to take over FPT Services
On March 29, FPT Board of Directors approved the transfer of ownership of FPT Services Co. Ltd. from FPT Corporation to FPT Information System (FPT IS).

FPT Services was 100% owned by FPT, providing warranty and maintenance services for IT and electronic devices and equipment for corporate and individual customers, which is also one of the main business lines of FPT IS.
Currently, FPT Services is present in four big cities including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho. FPT Services expects to expand its business to developing area across the nation.
This ownership transfer aims to make the organizational structure of FPT group look more coherent.
