FPT launch competitiveness enhancement project
FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh signed a decision to implement the competitiveness enhancement project throughout the Corporation.

The project has been carried out from July to December this year to figure out shortcomings affecting FPT’s competitiveness and sustainability and how to solve them.
As said by FPT CEO Bui Quang Ngoc, the competitiveness enhancement project was derived from FPT’s demand for development as Vietnam's difficult but potential market forced FPT to continue growth. Especially, in order to make its global strategy succeed, FPT needed to change for more professionalism, vary business model as well as increase high quality human resources for new markets.
In 2011, FPT Software was the first member company to host a conference aiming to enhance its competitiveness. The solutions was figured out at the conference generated remarkable effects for FPT Software such as 30% annual growth, the number of staffs increased from 3,000 to nearly 6,000 people.
