FPT launch the first scholarship fund for IT girls in Vietnam
In August 5, the Top-Up Bachelor's Degree Program by FPT University kicked off its own scholarship fund for IT girls.

Those girls who graduated from high school by 2013 with the average math score of more than 7.0 for whole 3 school years as well as the active participation in extracurricular activities and community ones will be considered for scholarships.

Being an ICT group, FPT possesses the female employee proportion of up to 36% with some of its leadership positions assumed by women.
"The Top-Up Bachelor's Degree Program is nurturing IT girls' talent as well as expected to enable Vietnam's female lovers of information technology to access a modern and professional education", said Mr. Nguyen Nhut Tan, Director of the Top-Up Bachelor's Degree Program.
After 3 school years, the students will be granted bachelor degrees in information technology by Greenwich University with the global value. Currently, more than 500 graduates of the Top-Up Bachelor' Degree Program are working in software companies in the world or continuing their higher study.
