FPT launched “Kiosk-based payment” service

This service enables customers to pay bills for mobile services, water, electricity, Internet services, credit card, bank deposit, online game and other digital contents at kiosks.

Customers can deposit money directly at the kiosk with neither bank account nor e-wallet. The machine accepts all kinds of cash and coin at various par value that are currently in use in Vietnam. All they have to do is to touch or press the function buttons on the display to complete their transaction.

FPT Pay’s kiosks offer completely automatic services for customers 24x7 and are placed at convenient locations such as apartment building, office, university campus, industrial park, schools and general department stores.

At the first stage, FPT Pay offers three services including: mobile phone recharge, game recharge and bill payment. The company expects to introduce other payment services such as bank deposit or e-wallet in near future.
