FPT leaders meet RWE IT Slovakia staff
One day after FPT’s historic deal with RWE Group, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh along with FPT Software leaders had a meeting with employees of RWE IT Slovakia (to be changed to FPT Slovakia on July 1).

For development opportunities with the corporation, FPT Chairman said: "FPT cares about employees. There are a lot of social activities and events to gather the company's staffs. Joining FPT, you will have opportunity to develop with the company and work in foreign countries such as Vietnam, Japan, Singapore and United States etc. In order to get the opportunity, employees need to be open and share the corporate culture."
In Q&A session, the leaders also answered some concerns of RWE IT Slovakia employees about upcoming changes.
On the same day, a press conference between the stakeholders and the local authority took place. Here, FPT emphasized that the establishment of FPT Slovakia was an important part of FPT’s global strategy. The Corp also pledged to invest more in FPT Slovakia.
The representatives of local government in Slovakia highly appreciated the presence of FPT Software as the company would offer more than 200 job opportunities here as well as help Slovakia show its outstanding IT capability.
"I am very pleased with the cooperation between RWE IT Slovakia and FPT Software. This means that there will be more new jobs for Slovakia, better diplomas and education for our people. In addition, this helps deny media’s announcement that Slovakia is unattractive to investors”, Minister of Economy of the Slovak Republic Tomáš Malatinsky said.
