FPT leaders visit Myanmar
From January 15 to 18, leaders of FPT Corp and member companies will have a business trip to FPT Myanmar. In addition to the meeting with the staff, the delegation will have a exchange with large enterprises of Vietnam here.

During this trip, a volunteer program will be also held at a poor school. According to Director of FPT HCM Truong Thanh Thanh, the program will help FPT Myanmar employees more involved in social activities.
Earlier, in December 2014, FPT CEO Quang Ngoc also visited Myanmar to discuss the IT contributions in this country.
Myanmar is one of FPT’s key global markets with the goal of Myanmar 100. In February 2013, FPT’s BOD approved to open a representative office in Myanmar. In July 2013, FPT Myanmar was founded. Mr. Hoang Minh Chau and Mrs. Bui Thi Hong hold Chairman and CEO of FPT Myanmar Lien respectively. Recently, Chairman Truong Gia Binh approved the appointment of FPT Deputy General Director Duong Dung Trieu concurrently as Chairman of FPT Myanmar in 3 years (from 01.01.2015 to 12.31.2017).
FPT Myanmar represents FPT Corporation to establish relations with the government, ministries and ICT associations and potential customers here. This market has been reached by FPT IS, FPT Trading, FPT University, FPT Software and FPT Telecom.
FPT expects to have the opportunity to experience one more spectacular growth in this country like in Vietnam 2003-2007.
Currently, FPT is making solid strides in Myanmar with many projects of FPT Trading, FPT IS, FPT Software and FPT University. In particular, FPT Trading made the most contribution to the achievement of FPT Myanmar in 2014.
