FPT maintain revenue growth at 21% after 8 months
FPT’s global strategy continued to be one of important engines of growth.

After the first 8 months, FPT earned the total revenue of VND 21,019 billion, increasing by 21% compared to the same period last year and finishing 108% of the 8-month plan.
Pre-tax profit reached VND 1,598 billion, decreasing by 0.7% compared to the same period and completing 98% of the 8-month plan. Profit-after-tax was VND 1,347 billion, an increase of 1%.

Profit-after-tax of holding company was VND 1,014 billion, increasing by 3% compared to the same period of the prior year. Earning per share (EPS) was VND 2,949.
FPT’s global strategy continued to be one of important engines of growth after 8 months as the consolidated revenue from foreign markets was VND 2,031 billion, equivalent to USD 95.7 million, up 28% compared to average growth of the whole Corporation. Pre-tax profit from foreign markets reached VND 340.3 billion, up 5% compared to the same period.
In August, FPT’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Tomokazu Hamaguchi, Chairman of JISA- the largest non-profit organization of Japan's IT industry, as an independent member of the BOD. FPT’s leaders expected that with his great experience in Japan’s IT sector over 40 years, especially in making NTT Data become the 6th largest IT firm in the world, Mr. Hamaguchi would have made valuable contributions to the global strategy of FPT.
