FPT Online and Tienphong Bank to combine products and services

As agreed, the two sides would develop a comprehensive cooperation scheme to provide and implement products which combine finance-banking services and online technology and organize cross-selling activities.

FPT Online and TienPhong Bank to synergy in Finance-Banking and Online Technology.

TienPhong Bank and FPT Online agreed to build payment solution for online services via Internet/Mobile Banking, teller counter, ATMs, and their agents and create connection that allows Tienphong Bank’s clients to use their accounts to withdraw and feed their accounts in Senpay.vn.

FPT Online will give priority to using services provided by TienPhong Bank relating to bank account, cash management, online payment, card. In return, TienPhong Bank will provide a diversity of credit services, payment, guaranty and preference accounts for employees, customers and partners of FPT Online.

Delivering a speech at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Lam Hoang, Director of Personal Banking of TienPhong Bank said: "FPT Online has good reputation in the content market with a variety of service offerings such as online advertizing, online game, e-commerce, online music, social network and SMS. Particularly, FPT Online is now the exclusive online advertiser for the VnExpress, and PCWorld magazine...".

He also disclosed that TienPhong Bank aimed to be one of the leading electronic banks in Vietnam based on its existing technology platform; therefore, “the hand-shaking between TienPhong Bank and FPT Online will offer diversified utilities and payment forms for customer, contributing to the development of e-commerce in Vietnam”, confirmed he.

Recently, TienPhong Bank and FPT Online have prepared technical connection and resources for early introduction of their convenient joint services to the customers.
