FPT Online hold Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On July 16, shareholders of FPT Online will attend Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at Telepresence rooms in Hanoi and HCMC.
Attendants are required to bring Invitation, ID card/Passport (Original copy) and Proxy statement (in case of Proxy).
Proxy documents include proxy statement and copy of ID card/Passport of authorizer. In case your entrusted representative is not available, please authorize one of the Board Members to act on your behalf.
Earlier, in April, AGM of FPT Online approved cash dividend payment for FY2013 at the rate of 50%.
In 2014, FPT Online continues to develop strong press brands with criteria including attraction, speed and reputation as well as promote multimedia expressions such as infographic, video etc. Besides, online advertising and media consultation will contribute to 12% revenue growth compared to 2013.
Besides, FPT Online will let its array of key services operate as an independent company to complete these goals as well as rationalize business strategy, attract investment capital and focus resources on well-developed activities.
