FPT opens 2013 Strategic Conference

At the conference, FPT will look back at the strategic implementation in 2013 as well as revise some orientations to suit the current situation. 108 senior leaders of the Group and its member companies are expected to participate in the conference.

2013 Strategic Conference aims at globalization. 

At the 2-day conference, delegates will listen to 2014-2016 Strategic Orientation and speeches of leaders from units operating in the important markets listed in FPT’s globalization strategy such as Japan, U.S., Myanmar, Singapore and Cambodia.

After Chairmans and CEOs of the member companies deliver their strategic reports, CEO of FPT Bui Quang Ngoc will summarize the strategic implementation in 2013. FPT’s Technology Roadmap will also be presented by Mr. Nguyen Lam Phuong, Chief Technology Officer.

At the end of November 8, Chairman of FPT Truong Gia Binh will deliver a speech to close 2013 Strategic Conference.

In 2012, besides reviewing the strategic implementation, FPT’s Strategic Conference grasped thoroughly both content and significance of strategy maps of the Group and its 6 member companies. Accordingly, strategy maps would be presented and discussed so that each individual can understand his own duties.

FPT has used Balanced Score Card (BSC) for measurement and control in order to achieve its targets.
