FPT receives Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit at its 25th anniversary

In the morning of September 7, FPT’s 25th anniversary was held at The National Convention Center (Hanoi) with the participation of hundreds of guests as well as thousands of FPT staffs.

FPT staffs in brightly orange uniforms gathered at the hall of the National Convention Center.
Participants in FPT’s 25th anniversary include Party and State leaders namely Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thien Nhan as a Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee; Former General Secretary Le Kha Phieu; Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Bac Son; Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Quan along with leaders of ministries and agencies; clients and partners of FPT Corp.

For FPT Corp, Chairman Truong Gia Binh, General Director Bui Quang Ngoc, the other leaders and about 4,000 excellent staffs and students gathered at NCC to attend the anniversary.

On behalf of the Government, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan represented Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit to FPT for "excellent achievements and contributions to development of information technology in Vietnam" at the ceremony.

"Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit plays role as the recognition of your efforts and contributions to the IT sector as well as the country. I hope to see FPT remaining in pioneer team of the nation in the coming years", Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan stressed in his speech at FPT’s 25th anniversary on September 7.

Shortly after the encouragement by the Deputy Prime Minister, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh delivered his speech. "I earnestly call on each FPT staff to burn out for FPT moments, to be more creative and more devoted for a smarter Vietnam, a smarter ASEAN and a smarter world, taking FPT’s human resource up to 100 thousand people by 2020," stressed FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh.

After the speeches by the Party and State leaders and Chairman of FPT Truong Gia Binh, vice Chancellor of FPT University Nguyen Khac Thanh read the gratitude to those who have contributed to 25 milestones of FPT. Former General Secretary Le Kha Phieu gave flowers to them.

Five chapters of the Don Quixote musical re-appeared FPT’s history. The propelling and meaningful song of its last chapter ended the anniversary.
