FPT Retail Da Nang cooperate with Duy Tan University on workforce development

Business Director in the Central region of FPT Retail Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thai Hoa and the represent of Duy Tan University signed the agreement.

Under the agreement, students of Duy Tan University could have full-time or part-time work, practice and internship in the company. Besides, FPT Retail would provide career counseling, train skills and share successful experience with students.

In addition, FPT Retail would participate in instruction and feedback on training programs in order that they were more close to needs of the company. Besides scholarships for excellent students under difficult circumstance, exchanges of culture, arts and sports with the university would be promoted.

Duy Tan University will adjust training courses and practices to meet the requirements of the company as well as share management and leadership experiences. The university would introduce appropriate workforce, transfer and cooperate on technology applications, as well as help FPT Retail spread its brand etc.
