FPT Retail hits the milestone of 180 stores, covering 63 provinces and cities

FPT Retail announced the milestone of 150 stores on November 2014. Just three months later, FPT Retail has constantly expanded its operation area and launched another 30 shops, covering all 63 provinces and cities. In particular, the two largest consumer markets in the country Hanoi and HCMC dominate with respectively 26 and 35 FPT Shops and F.Studio by FPT specializing in Apple products.

FPT Retail not only develops the system in terms of quantity but also has strong investment in online sales with the goal of building the most modern online sales center to meet the common goal: Creating favorable conditions for customers to reach FPT Shop easily and quickly.

So far, FPT Retail has had180 stores and covered all 63 provinces and cities across the country.

According to Director of Business Development Center under FPT Retail Ngo Quoc Bao, this year, this system will continuously increase the number of stores and expand sales network. Besides, the company will also enhance investment in experience zones, special after-sales service policies such as accessories exchange within one year, bartering old phones for new ones…

In 2014, FPT Retail achieved the best revenue growth among FPT’s member companies with an increase of 78%, exceeding the plan by 29% and 14 stores as well as possessed more than 4,300 employees. This year, FPT Retail continues to open 50 new retail shops, increasing the total number of shops to 200 nationwide. Revenue and profit are expected to increase by 40% and 300% respectively compared to 2014.
