On July 1, FPT Shop continued to implement two key customer services for the entire 2013: “Returning all mobile phone and tablet for one year” and “Gold warranty for all mobile phone and tablet”

According to Ngo Quoc Bao, Director of Business Development Center of FPT Retail, the company were aiming to leverage its professional customer care to international level.

Since late 2012, FPT Retail has aimed to develop a smart and convenient customer service to offer full taking care option for customers buying products from FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT.
Four key programs including “installment payment at 0%”, “exchanging old models for new ones”, “returning all mobile phone and tablet for one year” and “Gold warranty” will help complete cycle of "Purchase - Replacement – Renewal” to satisfy customers buying products from FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT.
