FPT Retail ranked among Top 'Vietnam Trusted Brand 2015'

In the morning of June 28, FPT Retail was honored at "Vietnam Trusted Brand 2015" award ceremony at Au Co Theatre (Hanoi).

"We always try to offer the best services, the opportunities to experience the latest technology products worldwide via a network of 200 stores across the country. With this award, FPT Retail confirmed the name in the retail market of cell phones, laptops, tablets, accessories etc, winning consumers’ trust and satisfaction", stated Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Managing Director of FPT Retail.

In order to achieve this honor, products, goods and services of FPT Retail already meets four criteria: conforming to technical standards, regulations issued by competent state agencies and published standards by enterprises themselves; strictly abiding by regulations on environment, tax, social security, occupational safety, intellectual property and others; well performing consumer protection, resolve complaints.

FPT Retail recognized as Consumer Trusted Business also meets the following criteria: Applying advanced management system for quality and environment; well performing brand construction and development; gaining good business results and positively contributing to community and society.

"'Vietnam Trusted Brand 2015" was held to honor services and products of domestic enterprises which are high quality and trusted by consumers. Through the program, consumers can identify good products/services, matching needs and health. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for businesses to advertise their image, products and services in order to promote manufacturing and business. Program is jointly held by Consumers Newspaper under Vietnam has the Vietnam Standards and Consumer Association and VNPACO Corporation.

Earlier, FPT Retail was also honored as one of top 95 "Vietnam Excellent Brand" by the Vietnam Economic Times.

FPT Retail includes two systems including FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT.

Established in August 2007, FPT Shop is the first retail system of Vietnam is certified ISO 9001: 2000 for quality management according to international standards, and recognized as one of the largest software, hardware and network equipment retail systems in Vietnam.

F.Studio by FPT includes high-end shops authorized by the Apple to sell their authentic state-of-the-art products.
