FPT Retail runs free home delivery
In an effort to improve its customer care policy, FPT Retail expanded free shipping within a specific zone up to 20 km across the country. The program runs from March 21st.

Accordingly, ewhen buying cellphones, tablest, laptops at FPT Shop and F.Stdio by FPT nationwide, customers will get free home delivery within 20km within a maximum of 60 minutes
With more than 180 shops in 63 provinces and cities along with this service, FPT Retail’s customers will save time when shopping digital products. The program applies to both purchase types via website and directly at shops.
FPT Retail has constantly improved customer service and after sales policy such as such as accessories exchange within one year, bartering old phones for new ones etc. These activities get much attention of customers.
