FPT Retail starts selling mobile phone insurance

Mobile phone insurance commits to ensure highest interest of customers.

Accordingly there are two insurance packages for damages and for damages and losses.

With the damages package, consumers participate the program are provided with free maintenance and repair in case of break, water spilt, explosion or fire.

With the damages and losses package, in addition to free maintenance, consumers are compensated with similar mobile phone in case their mobile phones are stolen with the certification of relevant police agency.

Upon purchasing one of these two package, the policy holder is provided with free maintenance and repair. In case the phone can not be recovered, the consumer will be compensated by a brand new phone as long as they agree to pay a certain sum of money, which is usually low, called deductible.

At the end of December, 2012, FPT Retail and AAA Insurance signed the contract to sell mobile phone insurance within the FPT Shop system, in which the AAA’s mobile phone insurance will be offered in more than 50 shops and showroom across the nation from 2013.
