FPT Securities Company raised charter capital
December 4th 2007, the Stock Committee of State finalized the Decision 90/UBCK-GPĐCCTCK announcing the adjustment of foundation and operation permit number 59/UBCK-GP dated July 13th 2007 granted by the Stock Committee of State for FPT Securities Company.

Pursuant to the new decision, the new charter capital of FPTS is about VND 440,000,000,000 that allows FPTS take full responsibilities of stock expertises such as broker, deposit, consultation, issuance warranties, fund management, business.
The decision comes into effects since the date of signing.
FPTS is running operations in broker, business, consultation; deposit with the former charter capital was VND 200,000,000,000.
