FPT Securities Joint Stock Company increases charter capital to VND 550 billion
On 13th April, Chairman of the State Securities Commission signed the decision on Amendment of business license for FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (FPT Securities).

According to this decision, the State Securities Commission allowed FPT Securities to increase its charter capital to VND 550 billion. Equivalent articles provided in its charter shall be changed accordingly.
Previously, the 2011 General Shareholder Meeting of FPT Securities had approved the company’s plan for increasing charter capital to VND 550 billion, selling 11,000,000 shares to foreign investor and allocating received money.
FPT Securities was established in 2007 with initial charter capital of VND 440 billion.
