FPT Securities pay 5 % cash dividend

The shareholders of FPT Securities will receive dividend by April 30.

On March 20, the 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders of FPTS took place at the headquarters with the participation of FPTS leaders and shareholders.

According to the Meeting Resolutions, FPT Securities will pay cash dividend for the whole year 2013 at 500 dongs per share (5%). With this rate, the company will spend more than VND 36 billion on cash dividend payment.

Besides the audited financial statements and the profit allocation plan, AGM approved the reports by the Board of Directors, Board of Management and Supervisory Board. At the meeting, 2013 business result and 2014 business plan were also approved .

For human resources, the AGM agreed to dismiss Mr. Megumu Motohisa and appointed the representative of SBI Securities (Japan) Mr. Eiichio So as a member of Board of Directors in term of 2013 - 2018.

In 2013, FPT Securities gained more than VND 150 billion in revenue. Profit after tax was VND 88.8 billion. The company stayed among top 10 security companies with the largest market share broker in 2013.
