FPT Services takes care customer via post

At the moment, this package is applied only for those authentic products offered by FPT Distribution in Vietnamese market including PC components (mainboard, HDD, USB…), network equipment (Cisco COBO, Linksys), laptop (Asus, Toshiba, HP), LCD (AOC, HP).

Accordingly, all customers have to do is to pack their malfunctioned devices and send to FPT Services. The company will then turn back the repaired products via reliable logistic service providers.

To minimize risks and losses, FPT Services recommends customers to send their stuff directly to authorized distributors of the company in that area or via prestigious transporter to get the best service from FPT and the post.

Previously, FPT Services had cooperated with Dell and HP to deploy the maintenance service program in five large cities including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Da Nang, and Can Tho.

The company’s technical staff will be present at the customer site within 8 hours upon receiving the call. However, the disadvantage of this maintenance type is that there is not always an authorized service center in all provinces and cities in the country to meet all the maintenance requirements of the customers.
