FPT shareholders receive cash dividend in May

FPT has nearly 13,000 shareholders, including 10,320 outside shareholders and 2,460 shareholders working for the company.

According the Resolution of FPT Board of Directors announced on April 7th, FPT approved payment of remaining cash dividend in 2013 at 15% (VND 1,500 per share). The record date is May 9th and the payment date is May 22nd.

The resolution also announced that FPT would pay stock dividend from retained earnings with ratio 25% (equivalent to 4 existing shares to gain 1 more new share).

On March 29th, the 2014 annual general shareholders meeting of FPT Corporation, held in Hanoi with the participation of 165 shareholders, ratified a lot of contents, including payment of 30% cash dividend and 25% stock dividend. Earlier, 15% dividend was paid in advance in August 2013.
