FPT signed comprehensive cooperation agreement with Hau Giang Pharmacy

Accordingly, FPT Software shall implement DMS-eMobiz, a mobile-based sales software for Hau Giang Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai before mass application nationwide. Cooperation opportunies was also discussed between two sides, followed by a football match between FPT Can Tho and Hau Giang Pharmacy.

The signing ceremony expects the attendance of Chairwoman Pham Thi Viet Nga and CEO Le Minh Hong of Hau Giang Pharmacy, Director Truong Thanh Thanh of FPT Ho Chi Minh and representatives from FPT Information System and FPT Telecom.

The ceremony will also cover the project launching agenda with a report on existing problems encountered by the sales force of Hau Giang Pharmacy and the solution suggested by FPT.

According to FPT Software’s representative, the DMS-eMobiz system would facilitate the sales management. It features central database, online processing and instant location and workflow monitoring, which help to create a unified connection among the entire sales force including branch managers and sales staff.

Salesforce at Hau Giang Pharmacy will be equipped with a tablet with 3G connection, GPS and digital camera. Upon activating the tablet at every point of sales, the staff will be able to update all the information relating to goods condition or any of receivables. Pictures of the drug stores will also be updated in real time.

Chairman Pham Thi Viet Nga emphasized that after the signing of the MOU, the online sales management system would be completed and soon implemented throughout Hau Giang Pharmacy’s system to help the company grow steadily and sustainably.
