Dividend payment for current shareholders: issue dividend payment to current shareholders according to the ratio 10:11, shareholders with 10 old shares will receive 11 new additional shares. Shares distributed to current shareholders will be rounded down to the units.

For employees: issued to the list of qualified employees as stated in the Stock Issuance Regulation.

7. Distribution time: from June 30^th, 2008 to July 14^th, 2008.
