FPT Software appoint two Deputy General Directors

FPT Software Chairman Hoang Nam Tien just signed the dicision to appoint 2 high-level leadership positions. Accordingly, Mr, Hoang Viet Anh and Mr. Tran Dang Hoa will take over their own positinos within 3 years from 31 April 2015 to 31 April 2018.

In his new role, in addition to managing FSU1 and developing BPO sector, Mr. Hoang Viet Anh will be responsible for employment, training and human resources development. At the same time, he must also ensure internal compliance, BSC report and new businesses.

Mr. Tran Dang Hoa will continue to manage FSU11, develop BPO business, and build a software center in Myanmar. He along with the Board of Directors will develop new businesses and perform new tasks by the Chairman and the CEO.

Both of the newly- appointed Deputy General Directors of FPT Software have many years of experience in the field of IT.

Prior to the appointment, Mr. Viet Anh was the Director of FPT Software Global Services. He joined FPT Software in 1996 and has taken many positions in Operations and Business Development functions over the last 19 years. As the Vice President of Corporation Operation, Mr. Viet Anh will be responsible for managing the company’s recruitment, workforce training and development functions; developing delivery staffs’ capability to meet requirements of business development; ensuring the internal compliance, risk prevention as well as Business Continuity Planning, and together with CEO, exploring and developing new businesses.

Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, currently the Director of FPT Strategic Unit 11, which serve Japanese market and major in Embedded System vertical, joined FPT Software in 2004. Over the last 11 years, he has also taken important positions in Operation and Business Development functions. In his new role of Vice President, Mr. Tran Dang Hoa will continue to manage the operation of FPT Strategic Unit 11 and undertake extra responsibility of developing business of Business Process Outsourcing, setting up and developing operation center in new market such as Myanmar.

With this appointment, The Management Board of FPT Software consists of Chairman Hoang Nam Tien, CEO Nguyen Thanh Lam, and 4 Deputy General Directors Nguyen Khai Hoan, Do Van Khac, Hoang Viet Anh and Tran Dang Hoa.
