FPT Software deploy DMS for IBTC Myanmar

The contract has just been signed by FSU3 under FPT Software and IBTC in F-Town, District 9, HCMC. Within 9 months, the unit will perform the following modules:
eMobiz DMS Solid: a solution for managing all daily activities of distributors such as buying & selling goods, receivable and payable debts, warehouse, promotion, order management, delivery schedule, sales performance etc;
eMobiz Sales: an application installed on salespersons’ tablets to enter orders and related information.
In addition, IBTC will also use modules including eMobiz Insight - a central reporting system for Head Quarter; eMobiz Merchandising – a module supporting users in managing the whole display process including definition, registration, monitoring and compensation; and eMobiz Maps – a module helping manage salespeople’s activities in the market with their time and location.
Founded in 1997, IBTC Group is now the largest whisky manufacturer and distributor in Myanmar. The Distribution Management System (DMS) FPT Software will deploy for IBTC plays an important role in automating sales process, managing distribution and maintaining optimal inventory level. It also contributes to improving sales staff’s performance, managing distribution by areas effectively and optimizing resource utilization.
According to the representative of FSU3, in the near future, the DMS market will triple as the Myanmar government is opening and enterprises in this country are increasingly modernizing their manufacturing and business - distribution processes. In September, FSU3 won a contract to deploy Distribution Management System (DMS) for Myanmar Mayson Industries (MMI), a leading firm in the field of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
So far, eMobiz system has been deployed for over 10,000 salespersons, 1,100 distributors nationwide and 10 leading consumer goods companies in 9 Southeast Asian countries. The enterprises using the service include Unilever, PepsiCo Suntory, Ajinomoto, Kinh Do, Trung Nguyen, DHG and BP Castrol etc.
On July 24, DMS-eMobiz of FPT Software became the only out of 70 software products and IT services to be awarded the ‘Five Star Sao Khue’ title at Sao Khue Award 2014.
