FPT Software launch public training courses in BrSE
On February 17, the first public training course in bridge system engineers (BrSE) was launched by FPT Software at FSoft House, Thang Long International Village, Hanoi.

The program was attended by the company’s leaders including Chairman Hoang Nam Tien, Resource Leader Pham Tu Cuong and Director of Training Center Pham Nhat Phuong.
Learners from the FSU1, FSU11, FSU15 and FSU17 will participate in the 9 -month public training course. They will undergo the Pre - BrSE course within 4 months and the BrSE course within 5 months . At this stage, they must be involved in a "fierce" environment to gain N2 certificate of the Japanese Language .
According to Chairman Hoang Nam Tien, FPT Software aims at training 150-200 BrSEs in this year and 500 BrSEs in the next 3 years to serve the Japanese market.
"The growth of the Japanese market reaches 30-40 % per year. This means every our labor force will double every 2-3 years while the communicator m odel together engineers will not meet the growing demand. If keeping this model, we cannot have further tasks from customers. Our engineers need to know Japanese”, Mr. Tien said.
