FPT Software listed among Vietnam’s 100 best places to work
FPT Software is ranked the second in the category of IT - Software firms, following Microsoft, and the 21th in the list of 100 companies from all industries in Vietnam.

On February 14, Anphabe Company and Nielsen Vietnam announced a list of Vietnam’s 100 best employers at a ceremony in HCM City. On behalf of FPT Software, Mrs. Ta Thi Kim Ngan participated in the program.
Unilever, P&G, Vinamilk, Nestle, IBM, Vietcombank, Microsoft and Coca Cola top the list of Vietnam’s 100 best places to work. FPT Software is ranked the 21th in the list of 100 companies from all industries.
89 of 100 best places to work in Vietnam are foreign companies and 11 companies are Vietnamese ones. In 11Vietnamese companies, Vinamilk tops the list, followed by Vietcombank, FPT Software ranks the third.
The ranking shows that FPT Software ranks above foreign giants such as HP, Sony, Harvey Nash, Toyota, Deloitte, Nokia, Canon, Honda, Mercedes - Benz, Panasonic, KPMG, Toshiba, Siemens, Gameloft, Ernst & Young, Nike, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson....
The survey, jointly conducted by Anphabe Company and Nielsen Vietnam, was based on such criteria as salary, bonuses, welfare, professional development, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance, and company reputation.
In 2013, FPT Software earned more than USD 100 million in revenue, 300 % growth in new technologies including Mobility and Cloud and 5,000 staffs with newly-recruited 2,000 ones. Human resources will continue to be “hot" topic as it is expected to recruit 2,500 software engineers in the coming year.
For the second consecutive year, FPT Software has been listed among Top 100 Global Service Providers 2013, which was jointly evaluated and declared by Global Services (India) and NeoGroup (the U.S.). In 2013, FPT Software is the only IT enterprise of Vietnam to be listed among Top 500 software companies worldwide.
